The latest FujiFilm camera has pet face detection in-built. However, when it was trialled in Japan last week it was excellent at detecting the faces of stuffed animals or static pictures of animals, but less good when live animals were put in front of the lens, which kind of defeats the object unless you are Taxidermy photographer.
