Some people have very strong opinions about coffee shop chains. Starbucks fans can be a zealous bunch, and the same can be said of the store's detractors. Starbucks is essentially an expensive version of McDonalds. Identical stores, selling identical menus, playing practically identical background music. 

Crazy as it sounds, a small coffee shop chain in Detroit is striking a blow against the super-chains with the clever use of naked female baristas. 

Yes, it's appealing to the lowest common denominator, but in Hot Spot's defence it is a "drive-thru" coffee shop operation, and in a country where people are too lazy to get out of their cars for a cup of coffee, I don't think the lowest common denominator really applies. But that could just be me being a snob. 

We can only hope that the girls at Hot Spot Coffee take things very carefully on "Topless Tuesdays" and "Flasher Fridays".
