Cream world tour presents New Zealand: Tuatara, Kit Kat, and Hell Pizza
Welcome back to the Cream world tour. We hope you enjoyed last week's trip to Mexico. This week, we are taking you to New Zealand where all eyes are currently turned to for the Rugby World Cup.
Cream is filled with great case studies from New Zealand. Here is a small selection of a few to give you a taste of what goes on down under...
In honour of the Rugby World Cup, check out this case study from Y&R in which local craft brewery, Tuatara, comes to the aid of disgruntled World Cup rugby fans. When rugby fans grew upset that the fan jersey sponsored by Adidas was outrageously expensive, Tuatara, stepped in to offer fans a cheaper alternative. A full page ad in the New Zealand Herald was designed as an imitation All Black jersey which could be cut out and worn like a bib. For more on this case study, including a video, click here.
From JWT comes our second case study, in which Kit Kat engages with a younger audience by creating a billboard poster chair for consumers to take a break in. For more on this case study, including a video, click here.
Our third and final case study involves pizzas and zombies! Pizza company, Hell Pizza, lets viewers choose their own video adventure in viral video game, and drives lucrative online ordering. For more on this case study, including an example of one of the viral video adventures, click here.
