Compulsory feel-good Friday video clip

I know this is doing the rounds at the moment, but it certainly makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. It's great to see employees being celebrated in this way just as much as consumers. Normally when people start singing on public transport you try to avoid eye contact and back away. I quick search of the web reveals that Arriva, the bus company responsible for this flash mob, has a history of innovating.


It has created love seats to encourage passengers to flirt and introduced wifi internet to its buses.
