Despite the fact that this billboard may become the cause of road accidents, Cream admires the imagination and creativity that went into this Russian Road Prevention campaign. 

New Zealand offers a less grisley, mobile solution here. During this antipodean three-month campaign, more than 12,500 messages from the eight provinces with the worst records on drink driving, each one potentially preventing a serious crash.
