Silence those vuvuzelas.

Two things that this World Cup will be remembered for will be that disallowed Lampard goal and the cacophonous monotone of a stadium full of vuvuzelas.  

Personally, I hope that HM Customs & Excise officials up and down the country are seizing vuvuzelas from England fans returning from South Africa, and that Home Secretary Theresa May imposes a ban on the manufacture and sale of the noisy nuisances. 

A canny brand of insect repellent from SCJ has been one of the first to capitalise on the viewing public's anti-vuvuzela feeling with a fun little video from draftfcb


If only Sky Sports had been able to apply similar technology . . .
