Hand from above tickles pedestrians

In a joint project from the Foundation for Art & Creative Technology and Liverpool City Council for BBC Big Screen Liverpool, a giant hand is interfering with members of the public.

Before you shout about abuse of civil liberties, the hand only appears on a screen. Passers by can look at themselves in a big screen and see a Monty Python-esque hand hover over them and poke and tickle different individuals.

This could lend itself well to a Lottery-style selection of a winner.... It's you!
