Why pretending to be disabled is a bad idea

There is nothing better than shaming those who are trying to exploit "the system". That's what makes this video from the Comision Especial de Discapacidad (Special Commission for those with Disabilities) in Peru so funny. The premise is that if someone parks in a disabled parking space but can actually walk, then they must have been miraculously cured. Cue lots of actors posing as religious nuts surrounding the parking-space-hog and shouting about a miracle...It's a bit like Beadle's About, but with a bit of benefit fraud thrown in.
